  • 200 gr of sugar
  • 200 gr of water
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks

How to make cinnamon syrup

  1. In a pot, put all the ingredients and boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Wait for the mixture to cool, strain it, and then pour it into a bottle.

Chardonnay sour recipe


  • 2 oz (60 ml) Chardonnay
  • 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 oz (30 ml) cinnamon syrup
  • Half a teaspoon of albumin or an egg white (optional)
  • Ice + a few drops of Angostura

How to make chardonnay sour drink

1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, and shake for 30 seconds.
